Hello, since 3 Versions I cannot edit Profiles or something else. In older Versions you have on the Top some Signs. But now there is nothing. So it's impossible to edit or to change some Data in Profiles.
The APK keeps telling me that I have to go to Google Play Store and update the Huawei Backup APK and doesn't perform the backup. What should I do?

If the Huawei Backup is installed on your phone, then simply go to Play Store and tap on the hamburger menu on the left (three lines above each other), then access My Apps and Games. Once you do this, a list with the installed applications and games will be displayed. Tap the Update button to install the latest versions of the apps that require fresh updates. Huawei Backup might be among them. Update the application, then use the APK and install HiSuite.
To avoid such issues in the features, while you are in Play Store, go to Settings and tick the Automatic Update to WiFi.

After the software has been installed and the drivers have been installed as well, connect the phone and wait for Windows to copy the necessary files so that your device will be recognizable on the OS.
Start the software, connect the phone again and open the application. Sometimes you'll probably be asked to enable MTP connection. After this, click the Music section on the software to upload or download the music to your phone.
Alternatively, access the phone's storage from the My Computer/Computer section in Windows and use Copy and Paste for your MP3 files. You can place them on Music folder on both places Internal Storage or External Storage as Android will recognize them as long as you use a compatible audio player.
The HiSuite gives the following options Contacts, Video, Messages, Apps, but not Music? How can I get the musictab ? I have a Huawei P9 Lite.

The HiSuite doesn't have a Music/MP3 tab. I've checked the interface and this option isn't there, however, since you have a Huawei P9 Lite, simply connect it to PC and enable USB Connection when prompted, then you can add your music to the Internal or External Storage in Music folder present on both of the storage devices.
I am doing the same on my Samsung phone and never had any issue because both phones have Android as operating system.
The music option is not listed for backup. How can I do that? There is the contacts, videos, applications , but there is no music.

I've checked the software's descriptions and it appears that it doesn't support backing up Music files, which means you have to do it manually.
The simplest way is to connect the phone to PC using a USB and enable MTP connection. Afterwards, the phone will be visible in Computer from where you can browse to the Music folder and copy it to your PC.
To help troubleshoot the issue with installing HiSuite on your device, please provide more details about the problem you are facing.
No, HiSuite is primarily designed for Huawei devices and is not compatible with Samsung mobiles.
