A horrible attempt at controlling how to transfer files between PC and tablet... (I don't understand why there was ever a need for that in the first place, as you should view your device as a USB device in my computer in the first place)...
It's terrible. I have a excellent PC and this application just complicates things. It crashes and it won't close. And most of the time the files that are being transferred to my mobile device are taking hours and end up corrupted.
Yes, you can use the English version. Suggest you uninstall, download and reinstall it choosing English version. It should run nicely. I am using the English version myself. Good luck
